A common feature of the Su-24M is the ground radar that allows both aircraft to fly very low at high speed to avoid enemy fire.

NARP is currently working to improve the Il-76MD military transport in Ukraine, which is set to receive advanced avionics and navigation equipment to comply with ICAO regulations.
